1 – 11.6oz pkg Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, including the seasoning blend pouch included in box
12 oz. Palmetto Original Gourmet Pimento Cheese
1 lb. Shrimp, raw chopped into small pieces
Preheat oven to 375F. In a bowl, mix together biscuit mix, Palmetto cheese, and shrimp until combined.
Form into 1oz balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 375F. (I broiled for a minute or two to brown up a bit). Garnish with a sprinkle of Old Bay Seasoning.
