UVa officials say an initial sweep has produced “no evidence” of a gunman on Grounds at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, after initial reports of an “active attacker with a gun,” was reported earlier this afternoon. The Richmond Times-Dispatch then said police reported a second report of a “shooter,” and continue to investigate.
