- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons brine from pepperoncini jar
- 1⁄2 cup pepperoncini peppers, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
- 1 cup mixed giardiniera (pickled mixed vegetables), chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- bagel chips or veggies for dipping
- Beat cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed for 30 seconds. Beat in sour cream and peperoncini brine until mixture is smooth. Beat in peperoncini, giardiniera, red onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed red pepper until combined. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight. Serve with bagel chips and/or raw veggies like carrots and celery.
