2 T Dijon-style mustard (I used honey Dijon)
1/4 Cup raspberry preserves
4 Croissants, split
2/3 lb thin sliced honey turkey
2/3 lb thinly-shaved smoked ham
Sliced Swiss cheese
Mix together mustard and preserves and spread onto cut sides of each croissant. Pile bottoms of croissants with equal amounts of shaved ham and turkey then add a slice or 2 of cheese. Replace the top half of each croissant and wrap croissants in foil. Heat them in the oven at 300 degree for about 10 minutes or until croissants are warm and cheese melts. Number of servings is 4.
