1 and 1/2 lb sirloin stead, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 lb mushroom caps
i red onion, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 pint cherry tomatoes,
1 can pineapple chunks
Marinade:
2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup yellow mustard
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
In larger bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over steak cubes, refrigerate 4 hours. on skewers, alternate meat and veggies (reserve the marinade for basting). Grill about 10 minutes rotating and basting with marinade. serve over rice.
