2 3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
8 ounces whipped cream, thawed
1/2 tsp mint extract
drops of green food coloring to the desired color of green
prepared graham cracker crust
additional whipped cream and cherries as garnish topping, if desired
In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mixes and milk until well combined. Stir in the whipped cream. Add mint extract and green food coloring and stir until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve with additional whipped cream and a cherry, if desired.
