12-oz can frozen lemonade concentrate
36 oz chilled sparkling water*
3/4 cup chilled heavy cream**
Allow concentrate to thaw, and keep chilled.
For each serving:
Pour 2 oz thawed chilled concentrate into a tall glass. Add 2 oz of the chilled sparkling water, gently stir to combine, and then add another 4 oz of the chilled sparkling water. Drizzle in 2 tablespoons chilled heavy cream and gently stir to make a sparkling creamy drink with a foamy top.
*Be sure to use sparkling water. Seltzer water would alter the flavor of the drink.
**Be sure to use heavy cream because light cream, half-n-half, or milk would curdle in the lemonade!
