1-16 ounce package slaw mix
1-English cucumber, diced
8 ounce ham steak, diced
1-14 ounce can sweet white corn, drained
4-green onions, thinly sliced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
add first 5 ingredients into mixing bowl, toss. in smaller bowl, add mayo, lemon juice, salt Y pepper, blend well. Pour mayo mixture over veggie mixture…stir until veggies are evenly coated. refrigerate an hour.
