1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion finely chopped
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup canned corn
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup
1 envelope sloppy joe seasoning mix
10 ounce can refrigerated biscuits
1/4 cup milk
1 cup finely crushed Cool Ranch Doritos
2 cups shredded cheddar
In large skillet, brown beef and cook onion. Drain and stir in next 5 ingredients….bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Grease a 9 inch pie pan and flatten out and stretch biscuits. Dip each biscuit in milk then coat each side in crushed Doritos. Spread biscuits around bottom and edges of pie pan. Sprinkle biscuits with 1 cup of cheese, add beef mixture and spread evenly. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Add remaining cheese, bake another 5 minutes. Serve it up
