2 ripe bananas, peeled
2Tbsp sugar
½ Tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp walnuts finely minced
Cut the bananas in half widthwise and in half lengthwise. Combine the sugar, cinnamon and walnuts in a small bowl. Place the bananas on a pre-heated grill horizontally then spoon the cinnamon-walnuts over each side. Grill for 3-4 minutes or until the bananas are warm with the cinnamon and walnuts slightly glazed. You can use a George Foremen grill to grill!
