2 lb thinly sliced sirloin (I cut steak into smaller squares and put in freezer 10 minutes, makes it easier to slice thinly)
1 pear, peeled, cored and shredded
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 green onions, sliced
Combine pear, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic in a bowl…mix well and add steak. Combine well so all steak gets covered. Cover bowl with plastic refrigerate 4-8 hours. heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in large skillet to medium-high heat then cook half meat, onion, carrots and green onions for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until meat is cooked. Repeat with second batch of meat and veggies and mix the batches together. Serve over rice.
