1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 ears corn, cut into 4 pieces each
1 large red onion, sliced
4-5 small red potatoes., cubed
1 medium sized zucchini, sliced
12 asparagus spears, cut into 3 inch pieces
1 package smoked Sausage
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Seasoned salt and pepper
Place veggies and meat in large bowl then in a smaller bowl mix olive oil and spices. Mix well. Pour over meat and veggies and coat well. Evenly divide onto aluminum foil and seal tightly. Grill 15-20 minutes turning every 5 minutes.
