2 cups ground chocolate graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
3 tbsp sugar
3 8-ounce bars cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 and 1/2 cps sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
canned cherry pie filling
The Crust:
Combine ground graham crackers and 3 tbsp sugar and stir in melted butter. Grease a spring-form pan and press graham cracker mixture on bottom of pan and 2 inches up the pan. Bake 350 degrees 8 minutes.
The Filling:
With electric beater, mix the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in the 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour mixture into the crust and bake about 50 minutes.
The Topping:
Combine 1 1/2 cups sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. spread over hot cheesecake and bake until set about 5 minutes. Cool on wire rack 30 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with cherry pie filling.
