2 lb boneless pork loin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup bourbon
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Rinse and dry pork. in small bowl mix the next 7 ingredients together and rub into pork loin. Place pork in slow cooker. mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over pork, lift pork so sauce gets under it. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred with fork, stir in bacon pieces. serve on buns or alone.
