Pimento Cheese Dip

2 lbs of cream cheese
2/3 Cup Mayo
2 1/2 lbs cheddar cheese mix
1 can of roasted red peppers diced
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons white pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Blend cream cheese and mayo with mixer until smooth then add 1/2 the cheddar cheese mix and roasted red peppers and mix. Add spices and mix. Add remaining cheddar cheese mix. This makes 128 ozs of Dip so you might want to cut this in half. Cooking instruction to follow shortly.
