Cheesy Baked Green Beans

2 lb. green beans, cleaned with ends removed, snapped in half
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp. lemon zest
2 tsp lemon juice
1 c. mozzarella
2/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
salt
pinch red pepper flakes

Parboil beans about 5 minutes in boiling water. drain…spread into greased baking dish. pour over cream over beans, add garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and red pepper flakes. toss to coat evenly. top with mozzarella and Parmesan. bake uncovered 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees until cheese begins to brown.
