1 pound 85-90% ground beef
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup tomato, diced
1/4 cup dill pickles (diced)
Dressing:
3/4 cup mayo
2 tablespoon dill pickle relish
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Brown ground beef and cook with the onion, drain. For the dressing, whisk all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Assemble the salad. Divide the lettuce into 4 bowls, top each bowl with ¼ the browned beef, onion, cheese, tomato and pickles. Drizzle with big mac sauce and serve immediately.
