1 1/2 cups water
2 envelopes chicken gravy mix
1 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup sour cream
In slow cooker, whisk together water, gravy envelopes, cream of chicken soup and seasonings. Add chicken to mixture and toss to coat. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Remove chicken, shred or cut as desired. Whisk in sour cream until smooth. Return chicken to crock pot and cook another 20 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes.
