1 stick salted butter
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley
1 /2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 pounds small potatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Add 1 stick of melted butter to a 9×13 baking pan
Cut the potatoes in half and score each potato with an x using a knife
In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and all seasonings- mix well.
Sprinkle most of the seasoning mixture onto the bottom of the pan with the melted butter. Reserving about 1 heaping tablespoon
Place potatoes cut side down into the pan right on top of the seasoning and cheese
Drizzle the tops of the potatoes with the olive oil and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon of seasoning.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
