4 ounces Italian dressing
1/2 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
1 lb large shrimp, peeled
wooden skewers
Mix first 5 ingredients together, reserve quarter cup of marinade. In larger baggie add shrimp and top with dressing/honey mixture, toss to coat. Place in fridge one hour then thread shrimp on skewers. Grill over high heat about one minute a side. Brush with reserved marinade and grill 2 more minutes per side.
