1 large chicken breast, cut in half lengthwise, then cut into thin strips
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
cooking spray
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced green pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
4 oz light cream cheese, softened
4 oz shredded mild provolone cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides. Spray a grill pan or large skillet with cooking spray and cook chicken on high heat until cooked all the way through. Chop the meat and set aside. Spray with more oil and sauté onions and peppers over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until soft. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl then place in an oven-proof dish and bake 20-25 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted. Serve with pita chips.\
