2 lb shrimp, peeled
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
olive oil
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp lime juice
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 tbsp jalapeno, minced

Place shrimp in large bowl. In a smaller bowl mix next 7 dry ingredients….incorporate well. Pour dry mixture over shrimp, gently stir to coat shrimp and pour a few tablespoons of olive oil over shrimp and coat well. Grill shrimp 3 minutes per side (use skewers or grill pan), set aside. Combine sour cream, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, salt & pepper and toss with cabbage and jalapeno. Microwave corn tortillas in a stack, covered with moist paper towel (just a few seconds). Build tacos: in tortilla spoon cabbage mixture, then shrimp and top with sauce, fresh cilantro and squeeze of lime wedge!
